铝型材挤压模具是铝型材加工生产重要的组成部分,模具炉是配合挤压机使用的设备,将模具加热至铝棒相近的温度,有利于挤压成型。在行业中,一般使用的模具加热通常是电阻加热炉,电阻发热体发热后,除向通孔内胆传热外,还用热风循环风机,把发热体产生的热量通过空气传递进内胆,使模具加热。 Extrusion die of aluminium profile is an important part of processing and producing aluminium profile. Working with extruding machine, the die heater heats up die to the temperature close to aluminium bar's in favor of ultimate shaping.
